How to stay young and beautiful?

Tips to stay young and beautiful:

In our era, where the technology is advanced, being beautiful and young is easy as long as you have money right?

There are many beauty products and supplements you can choose from, that suit your skin type and needs. But is it enough?

1. Make sure your skin is hydrated


We always hear drinking water at least 6-8 glasses is a must! True! Dry skin is the cause of dehydration so make it a habit to drink more!

2. Apply sunblock to your skin even if you’re inside the house.

Our ozone layer is so thin that even when we are at home, the rays of the sun can cause damage to our skin. 

3. Eat balanced food.

Avoid junk foods. Avoid smoking and too much alcohol. You are what you eat and it shows also in your skin. Most importantly, watch your calories!

4. Move. Walk. Run. Exercise.

Making your body sweat is making your body healthy. There are many ways to do that. It will depend on what type of exercise you choose as long as you are sweating.

5. Exercise your brain.

There’s a saying, “Use it or Lose it.” Try crosswords puzzles or any brain games, learn new things and explore.

6. Don’t skip your beauty regimen especially at night.

Make sure you wash your face, tone and moisturize before sleeping. 

7. Give yourself a “Me” time.

10-20 minutes alone, relaxing or meditating in a day has great benefits in your body and brain!

8. Sleep.

The saying goes “Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.” And beautiful too! Your body needs rest. Enough sleep shows in your skin and face as well. Sleep at least 7-8 hours depending on your age. The younger the age the longer sleep you need.

9. Don’t act at your age!

Staying young means thinking as young as your age. If you are in your 30’s, think like a 20’s and it will show!

10. Socializing.

Having time for your loved ones or even your pet are a key factor of your happiness. Being with them, feeling loved and care can boost your self-esteem and make you more alive. Surround yourself with positive and high spirited people and avoid toxic ones.

11. Do what you love.

Everything that you do with love results in a great outcome.

12. Finally, feed your mind with positive thoughts.

Worries and stress can cause wrinkles and an unhealthy body as well.

Staying young and beautiful is easy as long as you are taking care of your body and being happy with what you have. Appreciate small things and you will see that happiness is there even in a small form.
